That’s right Kim, check out your pretty face in the car window. All the windows and the mirrors in the world are just there to sparkle for you, and to reflect only your ridiculous face.

INF Daily’s photogs snapped America’s least favorite reality starlet as she left her appointment at Laser Away salon in Santa Monica yesterday afternoon. What could Kardashian possibly have had done? Of course there’s the classic hair removal option, though I’m guessing Kim probably doesn’t have much body hair anymore, after decades of waxing and lasering.

Laser Away also offers cosmetic treatments like Botox, cellulite reduction, and dermal fillers, which presents some more interesting options. I’m going with a little Bo’ around the eyes and possibly something in the lips. Anything to keep reality away.
