INF Daily’s photographers got the first – exclusive – photos of actress Heather Locklear since she was hospitalized on January 12th. She reportedly mixed prescription drugs and alcohol, resulting in her sister having to call 911.

When we caught up with Heather she looked understandably disheveled – sporting unbrushed hair and no makeup. Reportedly she’s struggling over her breakup with longtime boyfriend Jack Wagner, which explains how sad and distraught she looks. Nothing says “everything’s falling apart” like wearing UGG slippers in public, does it?

Locklear was being taxied around Los Angeles by her assistant. Word has it she will not be going back to rehab, but will instead “resume the ongoing sobriety program she began and maintained in 2011.” Hmmm… sorta seems like when push came to shove, that program didn’t end up being enough for her though, did it?
