Update: Lindsay admitted to the probation violations, and was sentenced to 300 days in jail. She must start off by serving 30 days – turning herself in by November 9th – and cannot do house arrest. With overcrowding, she’ll probably only spend 6 days in jail.

The remaining 270 days will be stayed, as long as LiLo performs extensive community service at the coroner’s office that Judge Saunter has parceled out into monthly allotments (roughly 12 days a month), so Lindsay can’t procrastinate. She also has to attend approximately four psychotherapy sessions a month. But if she messes up, it’s the full 270 days for her.

Despite spending extra time knee-deep in corpse fluid at the coroner’s office, there’s a very good chance lovable no-nonsense Judge Stephanie Sautner will be sending Lindsay Lohan back to jail for violating the terms of her probation.

The District Attorney is expected to ask for a harsh sentence, which means even with jail overcrowding, LiLo could very well clock her time in months, not weeks. (Possible) hurrah! Keep checking back, we’ll be updating all of Lindsay’s proceedings – and photos – as they break!
