Kris Humphries seems to be getting more comfortable with leaving his fort house outside of Minneapolis. Kim Kardashian’s soon-to-be ex-husband has been laying low in Minnesota, letting the Kardashian clan soak up the attention as Kim dodges insults and mom Kris Jenner uses the whole debacle to promote her book. INF Daily’s photographers found him grabbing some take-out after working out at the gym.

For a few days it was being reported that Humphries was refusing to sign the divorce papers, which would have been a ballsy and douchey move that I would have enjoyed. Unfortunately that’s not the case, and it appears Kris has decided to give Kim whatever she wants, with his people noting, “He doesn’t want a war.”

But a war would have been so much more dramatic!
