We just caught Justin Bieber as he was leaving radio station Z100′s building after hanging out for an interview this morning. Of course little Biebz is plugging is number one Christmas album, “Mistletoe,” but he’s also talking about his baby mama drama with Mariah Yeater (which is back on by the way – she’s got a new legal team and is going a more low-key route).

So what’d Justin have to say about her?

“As far as the whole, you know, baby situation, you know, it’s unfortunate that it had to happen like that, that you know people make false accusations, but things happen in this industry and you just have to keep your head high and be positive, and that’s really all I have to say.”

When one of the deejays made fun of the way Mariah Yeater looks, Beiber actually defended her a bit and said, “No, no be cool with her.”
