Lindsay Lohan arrived at court early today – pick your jaw up off the floor. She also looked very elegant, wearing a lovely beige dress accented with gold heels and a gold Chanel bag. We’ll keep you updated with Lindsay Lohan pictures and news as it breaks!

The prosecutor wants to send LiLo back to jail, despite her positive probation report. Lindsay was terminated from her court-mandated community service for failing to show up. She supposedly found that it “wasn’t fulfilling.”

Judge Stephanie Sautner is obviously very displeased. She’s understandably bitter and sarcastic.

So far the judge has gotten in a lot of digs at Lohan. Favorite: “She is supposed to be an actress, from what I hear.”

Update: Lohan’s probation has been revoked, and bail has been set at $100,000. She was handcuffed and taken into custody by the sheriffs. This is getting to be old hat for her, huh? Though Lindsay brought her bail bondsman with her to court (“I’m not surprised” Judge Sautner quipped), she was not allowed to post bail right then to avoid being taken into custody.

Lohan was also ordered to do 16 hours (two 8 hour days) of community service at the morgue between now and her next hearing on November 2nd.
