Wardrobe Malfunction Pics! Wind Blows Up Blake Lively’s Skirt On Gossip Girl Set

Blake Lively was filming some Gossip Girl scenes in Manhattan this afternoon while wearing an adorable short dress. It’s windy, it’s rainy, so for some takes (presumably those above her waist) Blake pulled on a pair on sweatpants and some Hunter rain boots. Cute? No. Useful? Absolutely. Because when Blake didn’t have those sweatpants on, boy did the wind have its way with her.

Wardrobe malfunction? Sorta… but more like a weather malfunction.
