Rihanna was spotted leaving a restaurant in Santa Monica last night wearing an offensive necklace. You can’t tell what it says until you’re close up, but our camera’s were able to read the inscription and it’s not very nice. It’s the c-word. Yikes!

RiRi is pretty upset at the moment though – she’s just filed a $7 million lawsuit against several companies about water leaks in her home. Rihanna bought the mansion in 2009 for $6.9 million and since then has had tremendous water damage. A rainstorm flooded several rooms in the home. She’s convinced the former owner, Heather Rudamin knew about the structural damage and lied about it when selling the home. Rihanna also believes that the company who remodeled the home failed to do the job properly.

Needless to say, this is a crazy way to come back from a vacation. So much for all those relaxing times in the sun of St. Tropez!
