Elizabeth Banks is one of those women that pretty much every other woman in the world is jealous of. She is hysterically funny, she’s on top of her game career wise and it certainly doesn’t hurt that she’s gorgeous. And now, she’s teamed up with the American Heart Association for a good cause.

Banks did a funny public service announcement about a woman having a heart attack. That sounds prepostrous, but Elizabeth managed to pull it off. Our photographers caught up with Banks in New York City for the PSA premiere. Who knew PSAs had premieres now. Amazing! You can catch the trailer below.
