Our photogs caught up with recently single Kat Von D in Los Angeles yesterday. She was having lunch with a friend at the Urth Cafe before she got into her convertible Bentley. Boy that L.A. Ink sure pays good money!

Kat decided to pull the plug on her relationship with Sandra Bullock’s ex-hubby Jesse James, apparently, because of the distance between them. Not metaphorical distance but actual distance – in miles. Jesse lives in Austin, TX to be near Sandra and Kat lives in LA to do her show. According to LA Ink’s executive producer, D had designed a wedding dress and the first 8 episodes on the new season feature her relationship with Jesse James. So that might help clear things up.
