Kim Kardashian and her sister Kourtney popped over to a medical building in Los Angeles for check-ups. The Kardashian girls sure do have the accessories down pat – Wear your big handbag full of money on your left elbow and your phone in your left hand. It goes without saying they wear something that either reveals the curves (Kim) or if you don’t have any, wear something short (Kourtney).

Kim only has 4 more days until she walks down the aisle to meet her fiance Kris Humphries. Kim is said to be nervous about falling or fainting but something tells me that she’s just saying that to create a soundbite. Kim? Nervous? I don’t think so. It’s not like they haven’t rehearsed this enough. It’s just another day in her reality tv life.

Her reality life also includes spending $20 million on the event. Not of her own money though – duh! E! is broadcasting the event in October so you know they’re paying for a bunch of it! That’s Kim’s reality for sure!
