Jon Gosselin gave an interview to Radaronline where he revealed that he was relieved to hear that Kate Plus 8 was cancelled and his kids would no longer be on television. Naturally, Jon wanted this to happen sooner than later but at least he can relax knowing the cameras are off his kids and they can lead a more private life.

Since Jon and Kate’s divorce, Jon has moved on and has a steady girlfriend, Ellen and lives in an apartment while Kate lives in the large family home. Jon found out about the show via a press release, so I’m guessing he’s not chatting too much with his ex. He didn’t have a clue as to what Kate was planning to do now that the show is over either. But, then again, he’s always been a lot more private so he could be holding out.
