Taylor Swift is currently on her tour in the northeast. She did 4 shows in Newark, NJ where she asked the crowd if they knew about the cool music that was written in the state. Any of the swooning kids parents in the crowd were no doubt saying, “DUH!” But Swift, who’s only 21 may have just learned of Bruce Springsteen and Bon Jovi herself. Taylor covered Livin’ on a Prayer, Bon Jovi’s anthem of anthems and Springsteen’s Dancing in the Dark. Okay, those were done in the 80′s. Taylor, if you’re going to go that far back, why not just cover Frank Sinatra! He’s from Jersey too!

Taylor then treated her fans to some face-time outside Madison Square Garden where is performing. I’m wondering what New York bands she’s going to cover for that crowd?
