Singer/Actress/Girlfriend to Justin Bieber, Selena Gomez is celebrating the release of her third album. She’s only 18 and she has 3 albums, a tv show, a new movie out, Monte Carlo, and a way famous boyfriend. Selena certainly is making hay while the sun is shining. So it’s natural that she doesn’t have a lot of time to actually sit down and write songs. Sit? What are you crazy? When does she have time for that?

On Selena’s new album, she had some pretty big names write for her including Britney Spears and Katy Perry. We can all guess what sort of songs they’ll be – pop tarty little numbers that get stuck in your head like ear worms. But Britney and Katy don’t care – writing credits means royalties which means cash money baby.

We caught up with the little starlet at King of Prussia mall where Gomez was promoting the film Monte Carlo which was co-produced by Nicole Kidman.
