After all the time spent going to the beach, exercising, house hunting, feeding each other popcorn at the Superbowl, Cameron Diaz and Alex Rodgriguez are splitsville. Cameron is hurt and feeling betrayed. She tried too hard to please A-Rod but, you know what, with that super sized ego – you could try your whole life. Nothing is going to be enough for that guy.

It’s funny really because Cameron only just confirmed that the two were dating last month. We knew they were dating but apparently they didn’t. Maybe saying it out loud was the kiss of death for their relationship.

Diaz is currently out on the road promoting her new film Bad Teacher. In this film, ironically she stars opposite her ex-boyfriend Justin Timberlake. We’re guessing the movie that Cameron was planning to make with A-Rod is now in the toilet. That is a good outcome of this breakup. We don’t need to see Alex’ attempts at acting. Let him focus on hitting the ball!
