Kim Kardashian and her fiance Kris Humphries took to the meatpacking district in New York yesterday to go shopping. Kim needed to go to Christian Louboutin to get some more shoes. She needed them! It’s a good thing she dragged Kris out there too. Kim had a hard time walking on those cobblestone streets in her purple platform shoes. Kris practically held Kim up as she tried to walk in those things.

In addition to her endless shopping trips, Kim is hard at work getting in shape for her Halloween wedding. Not that she’s out of shape – she just needs to be in better shape. Whatever that is – the woman is gorgeous right now! Kim went out running with Heidi Klum! The two teamed up as part of Heidi’s Summer Run and logged in 4 miles. Cross promotion at its best!
