The coverage of The Royal Wedding was just too much for Jessica Simpson. She’s getting married too you know. So now that Will and Kate have made their vows, it’s time to refocus our efforts on Jessica’s wedding to boyfriend Eric Johnson. And for starters, Jessica says that her dress will top Kate Middleton’s. So there! Jessica even lost some weight – allegedly. We can’t really tell from these photos. It’s kind of like how Kirstie Alley keeps saying she lost weight. It’s hard to tell.

We spotted Jessica and Eric leaving Mastro’s Steakhouse in Beverly Hills last night. We love how Jessica just flaunts her meat eating ways in front of her vegan hubby-to-be. Devoted vegans LOVE going to steakhouse restaurants. It’s especially enjoyable for them to watch their beloveds rip into a big t-bone! Sexy!
