But that’s sure not who we caught the rapper playing tonsil hockey with on his hotel balcony in Cannes yesterday! Though we’re guessing Kanye probably has a pretty relaxed definition of the world “girlfriend.”

Whatever the situation, Miss Albania was clearly the last thing on West’s mind when he sauntered out to his balcony to show the paps just how much he knows about keeping it French.
