The drama. The pageantry. The cha cha! For fans of Dancing with the Stars, last night was bittersweet. They crowned a winner and it was Hines Ward and his partner Kym Johnson. But now, the show is over and all those fans will have to wait for a new season. Oh the agony!

Well, they could have watched GMA this morning which hosted a ticker tape parade for Hines and the runners up, Kirstie Alley and Chelsea Kane. In the interview, when asked where the coveted mirror ball trophy would be placed in his house, Hines said it would go right next to his MVP trophy. So, this award kind of means a lot to him huh! Hines didn’t fully appreciate how difficult the show would be until he got there and realized that the work load would be extreme. Ward lost 15 pounds and gained a whole lot of respect for dancing. In fact, he said that he’s going to include some of his new moves as a tribute to Kym in his touchdown dances from now on. That should be interesting!
