It doesn’t seem fair that Japan can kick Russell Brand out of their country but we can’t kick him out of Hollywood! After his appalling acting turn in Arthur and the equally unwatchable Get Him to the Greek, surely we should be able to do something to ensure that he doesn’t get on the big screen again. Alas no! He’s going to be in Rock of Ages too with Tom Cruise and Julianne Hough.

INF Daily caught up with ol’ Russ doing some shopping, alone in Hollywood yesterday. His wife, Katy Perry, is performing in, where else, Japan. Brand was also spotted attending an AA meeting. Ah yes, Russell really needs to make sure he stays on top of those – if he gets back on the drugs, who knows how many countries he’ll get ejected from! Or should we say, how many places he WON’T be able to watch his wife perform.
