INF Daily caught up with mother-of-one Katherine Heigl today playing with a puppy in LA. After the National Enquirer ran a story that Katherine and her husband Josh Kelley were planning to adopt (to save their marriage), Katherine’s PR team swooped in and denied those vicious rumors. No, she will not open up her home and help out another child in need. She is not Angelina Jolie dammit! Katherine Heigl isn’t a humanitarian. She’s just a bad actress that got lucky. Oh and her marriage is fine.

In other Heigl news, she’s taken on the role as Stephanie Plum from the unbelievably popular series of books by Janet Evanovich. It was supposed to be released this summer but Lions Gate has moved the date back to January of 2012. We smell a rat. A big mouthed, blond, annoying rat that ruins movies.
