Kelly Osbourne must have told the waitress to keep the sake coming last night. We spotted her coming out of Katsuya restaurant in LA looking very much worse for wear. The grimace on her face, the wobbling in her heels, the short skirt that looks like it rode up in the back and was giving her problems. Your basic nightmare.

We at least know why she’s wearing that god-awful outfit. She is the new face of Material Girl, the clothing line by Madonna and her daughter Lourdes. And this was the celebratory dinner after Kelly did a walk on the red carpet and a Q&A session for the launch. We have a question for your Kelly. You lost a tremendous amount of weight and for that we congratulate you. But how is it that you can’t find any clothes and/or a designer that can put you in something to make you look thin? Also, can we ask a follow up question? Do you have any ibuprofen in the house? Like a costco sized bottle? It looks like you’re going to need it.
