Oh Dina. You just want to be 20 so bad don’t you? Well, honey, we hate to point out the obvious, but you’re not. So maybe you can leave the hideous Daisy Dukes in your daughters drawer next time. We spotted Dina on the roof of Lindsay’s house in Venice, CA getting some sun and the view from our end was, to put it mildly, rather disturbing.

Dina may be out in California for some time. The case against Lindsay is still ongoing. Now, we learned that jewelry store, Kamofie and Co., where Lindsay allegedly stole the necklace, actually sold the surveillance tape to Entertainment Tonight for $35,000. Is that even legal? Meanwhile, Lindsay’s lawyer is still trying to work out a plea deal that doesn’t involve jail time. We’ll keep you posted.
