David Arquette is one of the luckiest men alive. Not only because he actually convinced Courtney Cox to marry him (oh wait, oops) but because he walked away from a head-on car collision with only minor injuries. He was driving his Cadillac in Los Angeles yesterday on his way to the airport when he smashed head first into an oncoming vehicle.

He tweeted that he refused all pain medication so he’s still technically sober. But here’s the thing – if he were wearing his seatbelt at the time, he probably wouldn’t have had a problem. The woman in the other car was fine. INF Daily spotted Arquette getting in his car this afternoon – well, his other car – ready to drive. So we’re guessing he’s either feeling fine, or not making great decisions. Hopefully David put on his seatbelt this time.
