It sounds like Christina Aguilera’s waitress knew she’d had too much to drink last night. She and boyfriend Matt Rutler had a late dinner at Osteria Mozza on Melrose after midnight this morning, and had one to two expensive bottles of wine. When they were recognized by another patron, she asked the waiter to send Christina a drink. According to TMZ, the waiter responded, “‘She’s already drinking a bottle of wine… or two.’”

By now you know how their evening ended: the back of a squad car. We’re guessing it was two bottles.
