We get that it’s raining. And presumably Kelsey’s changing his clothes before the ceremony. But it looks like he rolled around in a puddle before heading out for his morning errands. Kelsey and lady love Kayte Walsh are tying the knot this afternoon at the Longacre Theater in New York – the same theater where Grammer starred in La Cage aux Folles. Then it’s off to the Plaza Hotel for an absolutely insane reception – according to TMZ, it’s going to cost $400 a head, including multiple cakes (like the mandatory stunt cake for appearances, but a different cake that’s actually going to be cut and served to guests).

Oh and security’s going to be so tight, guests will have to present an invitation and photo ID to get in the door. Nothing says “thanks for celebrating our love!” quite like rigorous security measures.
