INF Daily spotted Sandra Bullock bundled up against the cold yesterday as she left her apartment to go to the gym. Bullock is wise to brave the weather in New York rather than go home to warm Austin, TX. There is a custody battle of epic proportions raging down there between Bullock’s ex-husband Jesse James and his ex-wife/ex-porn star Janine Lindemulder. Janine is mad as hell and she’s not going to take it anymore.

Lindemulder was arrested on Saturday for harassing Jesse with phone calls about their daughter, Sunny. Now she’s speaking to Radar Online about how Jesse doesn’t give Janine any access to their child. The two have shared custody of Sunny but their daughter lives with Jesse – and he’s not letting Sunny see or talk to her mom, according to Janine. It’s an ugly situation and in the middle of it all is a seven year old girl who is probably very confused. Let’s hope she can get out of this mess okay.
