INF Daily found Katherine Heigl arriving to the set of New Year’s Eve in New York City this morning, and boy was she looking chipper! The legendarily moody former Grey’s Anatomy actress had a huge smile on her face as she made her way through the snow. From Katherine’s expression you’d never guess that she’s probably fairly stressed out: she joined the production just a two days ago after Halle Berry pulled out. Heigl has a lot of lines to learn in a very short time.

Halle’s got bigger things to focus on than a run-of-the-mill romantic comedy. She’s gearing up for a major custody battle with baby daddy Gabriel Aubry. The two are headed to court to hash out custody arrangements for their two-year-old daughter Nahla, and things between the formerly amicable couple have gotten shockingly nasty. Halle’s camp has claimed that Gabriel is a negligent father and he’s called her the “n” word, while Aubrey’s people say Halle has a raging temper and she’s repeatedly threatened him.

Almost makes Katherine Heigl’s face a pleasant sight, doesn’t it?
