INF Daily spotted a very plaid Gwen Stefani in New York yesterday. She looked incredible despite going way overboard with the pattern. She could make a Scotsman blush with that ensemble! But she has good reason to smile. Her band No Doubt is able to move forward with their lawsuit against Activision.

The members of No Doubt were upset with the way they were portrayed in Activision’s game, Band Hero. They claim they were turned into a virtual karaoke circus act. Activision claimed that they had a right to express their creativity and asked that the case be dismissed however, that was rejected. So now the lawyers are prepping to duke it out. Let the legal showdown begin!
