David Arquette is out of rehab but still needs to check in with his doctors. We spotted him leaving a therapist’s office yesterday in Los Angeles. David’s such a bad boy – he was talking on his cell phone and not wearing his seat belt. Arquette may be committed to sobriety but he’s still living on the edge.

Things got out of control for David after he and Courtney Cox separated. Of course, they split because he had an affair with a waitress. DUH! He went on a two month drinking bender. Thankfully Arquette realized he was out of control and checked himself into Betty Ford.
