That’s because Cox just underwent knee surgery and is now walking with the aid of a cane. We spotted her hobbling around the set of her show Cougartown yesterday in Culver City.

The new rumor is that Courtney is considered a reconciliation with her husband David Arquette. The two have been separated for 4 months. In that time, David has done some carousing but also realized he needed to get himeself in rehab. Stat. Courtney supported that decision and is very impressed with his recovery efforts. It’s being reported that Cox woud like to save their marriage for the sake of their daughter Coco. David has also spoken out saying he would like to rekindle their relationship as well so things look very positive for the two! Let’s hope they can figure it out.
