Fashion week kicked off last night with a ceremony for amfAR – the foundation to benefit AIDS research. Bill Clinton was presented with an honorary award for his efforts in the fight against AIDS. He was introduced by none other than his daughter Chelsea who had nothing but glowing things to say about her old man.

Chelsea arrived with her husband Marc Mezvinsky which may put some of the rumors to rest that the couple aren’t doing very well. Chelsea and Marc certainly put on a show of ‘togetherness’ for the event. Of course, it would be really tacky to go to such a prestigious ceremony, where Chelsea’s dad is to receive an award and be stroppy with each other. It’s just not the done thing is it?
