INF Daily spotted Blake Lively on the New York City set of Gossip Girl yesterday. The actress had a lot going on – for starters she had one hand on the phone and was deep in conversation. In her other hand she carried a cup of coffee (the actors rite of passage – have coffee at all times) and in the middle of it all was perhaps the cutest little dog stuck inside her coat.

Dogs rule the roost for sure – it doesn’t matter if it’s freezing cold, or your hair is in clips, if it has to go, it has to go. And when a puppy is that cute, you pretty much do anything it wants.
