Woah! What a difference eyeliner makes. We could have walked right past a makeup-free Kelly Ripa this morning if we weren’t looking very closely. The Live! hostess was wrapping up her morning workout like a regular person: without a face caked in makeup. Way to keep it real. Of course we couldn’t help but notice just how teeny tiny Ripa was looking.
