Good girl gone bad Miley Cyrus celebrated her 18th birthday a few weeks ago by smoking a bong we’re supposed to believe was filled with salvia. She’s inhaling other people’s saliva? Does she really need a bong for that? Close, but it’s salvia, a psychoactive plant grown in a cloud forest in Mexico. How festive! Salvia is legal in California, if you want to believe that’s really what Miley’s up to.

At one point Cyrus tells the girl holding the camera “I’m having a bit of a bad trip.” Then she sees a guy across the room and loudly exclaims, “Oh my God, is that a f**king Liam look-alike or what?” referencing her on-again, off-again boyfriend, actor Liam Hemsworth.
