Nikki’s past dating life consists of two marriages to Playboy models and recently, he dated Kat Von D.

Nikki and Denise have been neighbors for years. She confirmed their relationship in an interview with Andy Cohen. She’s not ready to reveal it to her girls though. She said that when she’s going out on a date, she tells them that she has a work meeting.
