INF Daily spotted Kelly in New Orleans on the set of her new movie Under Deep Cover. She was walking her dog on the set, where – and except for her hair and makeup – she looked like a homeless person.

Osbourne donned an enormous coat, a stripey sweater and quite possibly the loosest sweat pants we’ve ever seen. Her dog looked better groomed! Warmth is important Kelly, but now that you’ve lost some weight, it’s time to buy clothes that fit you.
