We showed you pics of her coming out of a restaurant over the weekend looking tired or bored beyond belief with Tom Cruise – we’re wagering it was both exhaustion and an extreme case of ennui. No matter. When we spotted her going into the Plaza Hotel with Tom and daughter Suri yesterday, Katie genuinely smiled and laughed.

We’re guessing Tom’s other kids, Connor and Isabella, whom he adopted with ex-wife Nicole Kidman, have no interest in doing anything with their dad and step-mom. We never see them. However, Suri doesn’t seem to have much of a choice, even though it’s clear she’d rather be in bed. She’s always sleeping in her dad’s arms! Tom and Katie have Jennifer Garner Syndrome.
