We were pretty thrilled with a new laptop and a couple pairs of novelty socks for Christmas. But Elton John and David Furnish just had to go out and get a baby to top us. The longtime couple – they’ve been together for 17 years and married for five – use a surrogate, who gave birth to a boy on Christmas day in California. John and Furnish’s son has quite the name: Zachary Jackson Levon Furnish-John.

According to Us Weekly, Zachary weighed 7 pounds, 15 ounces. His elated fathers have said they’re not going to release any information on the surrogate, who’s asked for privacy. Several years ago the couple tried to adopt an orphan with HIV from Ukraine, but were prohibited due to the country’s age and marital laws. Congrats to the new dads!
