Impossibly thin Ashlee Simpson and her mom Tina went out shopping at a vintage store in West Hollywood yesterday. Ashlee was going through the racks looking at clothes for this new teeny tiny size of hers. While we appreciate her efforts to get out of that horrendous sweater (are those supposed to be afros or a strange animal print?), we don’t like that she’s buying clothes for such an emaciated frame. Ashlee, why don’t you take your mom out to lunch instead?

Playing on the floor was her son Bronx, dressed in a drum major jacket. The adorable tot may be the only thing redeeming Ashlee these days, as that hat certainly isn’t doing her any favors.
