Oksana Grigorieva’s bodyguard is claiming he was actually dating Mel Gibson’s baby mama since May. Kristian Herzog – who has also guarded Paris Hilton – says that the two were an item, and he has over 1,000 emails and 1,000 texts to prove it. Supposedly he believes the communications will prove relevant in Grigorieva’s and Gibson’s legal proceedings. And with publishers.

Herzog is now writing a tell-all. According to TMZ, the texts and emails cover all sorts of pertinent details relating to Mel Gibson, the evidence in their case, details about witnesses, and Grigorieva’s lawyers’ legal strategies.

Oksana’s judge just ruled that the sheriff must seize her computer to comb through it looking for evidence that she attempted to extort Mel Gibson. Her lawyer is trying to protect as much information as he can. So he requested that sheriffs not veiw pictures of her breast feeding their daughter Lucia or listen to any of her “musical works in progress” they find on the hard drive.

Something tells us the sheriffs won’t have any trouble restraining themselves from the latter.
