INF Daily found Sarah Jessica Parker taking her 1-year-old twin daughters Marion Loretta Elwell and Tabitha Hodge to the doctor this morning in Manhattan. The actress split the early morning kid duties with husband of 13 years Matthew Broderick. He walked their eight-year-old son James Wilkie to school on a super rainy morning.

Parker is back in the city after spending eight days in London for Fashion Week. She took in all the best shows including Burberry, and attended designer Alexander McQueen’s memorial service at St. Paul’s Cathedral in a stunning white dress.
