We have a bit of a Mischa Barton obsession. The actress makes so many fashion faux pas, and yet she refuses to improve. And strangely, we sort of admire that. It’s just really big mistake after really big mistake, and still, when Mischa wakes up in the morning she says, “I’m gonna wear what I wanna wear.” That’s gutsy.

Of course we’ve still gotta comment on the Victorian tribal nightmare we found Barton wearing yesterday in Los Angeles. It’s like the blouse of a 1911 coal heiress combined with the vest of a migrant worker so Mischa Barton could turn them into a dress. No, wait, there’s light blue denim shorts under there. Boy that really doesn’t help anything. Neither does the distinct possibility that Mischa mugged an old lady, nabbing her readers and booties.

Despite all this, we still appreciate the moxie.
