Lindsay Lohan’s only been out of rehab for a week, yet she already looks pretty rough. INF Daily caught LiLo outside her West Hollywood home last night and she looked like she hadn’t slept in quite a while. Sure, we’ve seen her look worse. But she still looks pretty haggard.

Lindsay’s big pre-jail interview with Vanity Fair came out earlier this week, and it’s mostly a bunch of denial, blaming her dad, and various forms of B.S. She’ll say everything’s Michael Lohan’s fault, then say, “Of course I know I’m still responsible for my choices,” stuff like that. Lindsay also claims she’s not the alcoholic we all think she is, telling the magazine:

“‘If I were the alcoholic everyone says I am, then putting a [SCRAM] bracelet on would have ended me up in detox, in the emergency room, because I would have had to come down from all the things that people say I’m taking and my father says I’m taking—so that says something, because I was fine.’”
