Ouch. There are few insults more poignant than comparing someone to Lindsay Lohan. But saying you’re not even as good as LiLo? That’s gotta be a special kind of kick in the gut. Jersey Shore’s Snooki was in court today to face charges of disorderly conduct, creating a public nuisance, and being criminally annoying (seriously). Essentially she was drunk on the beach (check out INF’s exclusive photos of Snooki getting arrested here!).

Though she could have faced up to 90 days in jail, instead Snooki walked away with two days of community service and a $533 fine. She was also given credit for one day she’s already done.

The best part of the trial were the judge’s comments towards Snooki. Not only did he accuse her of being a “Lindsay Lohan wannabe,” but he said if the show was scripted, then she should decide “if it was worth trading your dignity for a paycheck.” Snap!

This man is clearly not a Jersey Shore fan.
