INF Daily spotted Britney Spears having lunch with her assistant in Los Angeles yesterday, and we’ve gotta admit it: being sued agrees with her. Britney’s been looking a little broken down lately, with all sorts of frightening happenings going on with her weave. Then she gets sued by former bodyguard Fernando Flores and she comes out looking as streamlined and polished as she ever has.

Not only does Britney appear slim and trim, she’s got a big ‘ol smile on her face. In closeup windy shots you can see shecould definitely still use a better weave. Someone really needs to attack that mess and start from scratch. But she’s at least hiding the glue a little better. Naturally Spears is wearing a black bra with a white blouse – it’s impossible to get the woman to keep her breasts to herself. And it’s not a full-coverage situation; if you look closely you can see Britney’s nipples are not covered up by the bra. She almost appears sophisticated and put together, until you look a little closer and see she’s still a dirty, dirty girl underneath.
