We were lucky enough to find Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino breaking out his abs to play some volleyball on the beach in Seaside Heights, New Jersey yesterday. Sure, we would have preferred to see The Situation wearing something other than those ugly board shorts (naked would have been fine too), but we’ll take what we can get. Vinny Guadagnino and Pauly D were there too, shooting scenes for The Jersey Shore.

So far the cast has managed to get a lot of attention: Snooki’s gotten drunk, thrown up on the beach, then was arrested on Friday afternoon. Over the weekend she went to a sex shop and bought some super graphic lollipops. Considering how unpleasant all of those things are (vomit, arrests, sex toy pops, Snooki), we really can’t help but thank The Situation for keeping it simple and giving us what we want: abs.
