Katy Perry must have a ridiculous amount of restraint. If we were surrounded by as much candy as she has been lately, we’d be four times her size. Those giant middle-finger waving gummy bears in her “California Gurls” video looked sooooo delicious. And all that cotton candy Katy’s laying on for the Teenage Dream cover looks like the perfect sugar rush. Yet Katy continues to look unfairly fabulous, which leads us to believe she’s not picking off any of the dots from her candy-encrusted shoes.

INF Daily found Katy performing for The Today Show’s summer concert series in Rockefeller Plaza this morning. Naturally the stage was covered in candy, though sadly Katy wasn’t wearing any. Instead she was decked out in a short frilly tulle petticoat which was the color of cotton candy.
