While the “California Girls” singer looked gorgeous and sophisticated in a black sweater with peach lace embroidery and a matching cream skirt with a thin belt, it’s clear Perry’s stylist can’t regin in her quirky taste all the time. While shopping a few hours ago we caught Katy checking out some South Park parahpranelia while wearing a headband with kitty cat ears.
