Supposedly Jon Gosselin’s been taking physical fitness a little more seriously as of late. Unfortunately, it’s hard to tell. So let’s assume that Jon’s working with a “slow and steady wins the race” approach. Because we caught Gosselin hanging poolside without his shirt, and it’s not a pretty picture. Sure, sitting doesn’t help. Kate Moss in the nineties probably still had sitting fat. But Jon looks like he ate Kate Moss as an appetizer.

A few weeks ago we had pictures of Ellen Ross in a bikini, and people were fairly harsh about her build. Whatever your opinion, you’ve gotta admit she looks pretty fine next to Jon.

Note Jon’s stunning tattoo symbolizing a new chapter in his life. If he’s really turned over a new leaf, it doesn’t seem to be a lettuce leaf.
